Minimum stay - 2 nights in low season; 3 nights in mid and high season; 5 nights in top season.

It is possible to rent the house for shorter time periods than the minimum stay on request. Additional charges may apply.

Special rates apply for stays of 1-2 nights during Lucca Comics (28.10. - 01.11.2022; 27.10.-01.11.2023) - 200 € per night - and the Silvester night (31.12.) - 250 €.

Included - accommodation, electricity, water and gas, use of pool (May - September)

Not included - final cleaning (50 €) for stays less than one week, separately agreed services

Check-in - 4pm-10pm on arrival day (earlier or later arrivals to be agreed separately); a document is required for all guests

Check-out - before 10 am on departure day; late check-out needs to be agreed separately, additional charges may apply.

Policies - no smoking in the apartments, no parties or events, small pets allowed on request

Booking & payment - for booking, please check availabilities and use the below booking request. You will receive within 24 hours a preliminary confirmation and information about the first payment (50 %) which is to be paid via bank transfer. Upon payment you will receive your final booking confirmation with all information you need for your arrival. The 2nd payment (50 %) is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation - free cancellation is possible until 60 days before arrival; cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival cost 50% or the rental price; for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival the full rental price has to be paid. In case of travel restrictions by law we reimburse the full rental price up to 10 days after the travel restrictions become effective.
