Terms & Conditions - Toscanolio Shop

These general terms & conditions are valid for all orders you create in our online shop under www.toscanolio.com which is operated by Toscanolio Shop di Eva Unverferth, Loc. Tanali 2/A, 56032 Buti (PI) in Italy. By ordering goods from www.toscanolio.com/shop you are deemed to have understood and agreed these terms and conditions.

Our online shop is a shop exclusively for private customers. If you buy for your professional activity or if you are a retailer please contact us via phone (+39 344 168 7197) or mail (shop@toscanolio.com).

Deliveries are only done to all European Union countries with the exception of Cyprus and Malta (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithunia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden). Shipment limitations apply for alcoholic beverages (details).

Purchases by using pick-up services are open for all private customers worldwide. In this case customs regulations are under the responsibility of the customer.

Prices, Content and Availability
All prices shown on the site include VAT. As we maintain only a small inventory of products, we depend regarding availability and images on the information provided by our providers. For this reason, the availability documented on the site is indicative. Same applies to the images. 

Ordering Process

Ordering is very simple - just "walk" through our shop, select the products you would like to purchase and put them into your cart. All prices published on the website are inclusive of VAT. Please be aware that - for tax reasons - not all our products can be shipped to all countries of European Union. Shipment limitations are included in category and product descriptions or can be consulted here.

After finishing your selection you can proceed to the completion of your purchase by clicking on your cart.

For the completion 3 steps are necessary:
  1. Enter your email address which we will use for all communications related to your order. You can also mark below the mail address that you receive all our communications regarding special offers. Confirm that you have done all by pressing the check-out button.
  2. Select your delivery method. In case of "pick-up" we ask you for your name and phone number. In case of "delivery to home" we ask you for the full delivery address including the phone number which we will hand over to the logistics service provider in case he needs to go directly in touch with you. Confirm the delivery method including the costs which will be added to your bill. Confirm that you have done all by pressing the continue button.
  3. Select the payment method. If necessary enter the data necessary for your payment. Confirm that now all is done by pressing the "Place the order" button.
On the check-out screen you can also still edit your order (delete positions, change of quantities, return to shop to continue shopping) and go back in the check-out steps to change information entered. For the case you do not get displayed a delivery method you have entered a delivery address outside of European Union.

You want a billing address that is different from your delivery address? You can enter this in the payment step.

After the placement of your order, you will receive a message with all your order information. In case of payment via advanced bank transfer the message includes also the payment instructions. 

This mail message has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. It is possible that some items may have run out in the meantime or you included items into your order that we cannot deliver to your address due to shipment limitations. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to change or to cancel the order (without penalties for both parties).

Payment

You can pay with advanced bank transfer, international credit or debit card (mastercard, VISA) or with Paypal (your existing Paypal account or a new Paypal account). All payments have to be done in Euro.

We will start with processing your order when we have received your payment - means immediately after check-out of your order for the case you pay with credit/debit card or Paypal. In case you have selected advanced bank transfer we will start when we have received your payment on our account. We will inform you via email when this is the case.

Packaging and Delivery

For the case you have chosen to get your order delivered to your home or another address we pack - according to the requirements of our logistics service provider - all glass bottles into Secure Box cartons. All other products are wrapped into air-filled packaging material and then added to a Secure Box carton or put into a standard carton for fragile and heavy products. With this we can guarantee the highest protection of your products. We hand over your package(s) latest 3 working days after order receipt to our logistics service provider that will deliver to your address in 3-5 days. We will sent you a message when we have handed over the package(s).

For the case you have chosen to pick your order on your own, we will pack your products in a way so that they can be securely transported by you in your car and you can do the pick-up up from the next business day at Loc. Tanali 2/A in Buti during our opening hours.

In case you receive a delivery with damaged products please send us a picture of the damaged products via mail to shop@toscanolio.com. We will replace the damaged products immediately.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right, pursuant to and for the purposes of the Legislative Decree 21.02.2014 n ° 21, OJ 11.03.2014 and Legislative Decree 206/2005, to withdraw from the sales and purchase agreements within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products covered by the sales and purchase agreements. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the customer by sending a written communication to Toscanolio Shop, by e-mail to shop@toscanolio.com , containing:
  • the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • the order number that is the basis for the sales and purchase agreement.
In the case the customer exercises his right of withdrawal:
  • the Customer must return the products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice;
  • all costs associated with the product return are entirely borne by the customer.
Toscanolio Shop reimbourses the product price after having received the product return provided that:
  • the products are intact;
  • the original packaging / packaging of the products is returned and the same is intact;
  • the products have not been opened nor used in any way;
For reimboursement, Toscanolio Shop might request the customer's bank data (IBAN and holder of the current account).
