Chiannina Beef Sauce - Only Tuscan Ingredients - 180g
Tagliolini con ragù di chiannina - one of the typical Tuscan pasta dishes - fits perfect with tagiolini but also with any other kind of pasta. The Chiannina beef comes from the south east of Florence and forms also the basis for the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Warm it up with a bit of pasta water, mix it well with the pasta and serve it with freshly grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese. One glass fits for 2 portions of pasta.
